Alright, so this art is of 
. Here's the information for the project:
-Type of character: Cat, Normal, Light
-Height: 6'2" (I think)
-Facial Expressions: Serious with a small grin
-Clothing: A Black T-shirt(with a picture of a Phoenix or Fire), torn jeans, and skating shoes
-Color: Mostly Red
-Extra: Gloves, Sunglasses, and a blue headband
This one was done longer than usual. Had a lot to color and there was a lot of detail (not complaining, I'm just saying)...

You're getting better, no doubt! The limbs are starting to look proportional. About time you jumped over that hurdle!
Only thing that bothers me a bit. With torn jeans, people generally do not have THAT many holes in their pants! I'd say to remove some of them, to at least make it more believable. (that, and holes are usually on the front of the jeans, not the side; hard to see how you can wear out the sides...)
