----The Game of Love: Pt. 1----

Doki and Nabi walked into the restaurant and found a seat. The place was pretty small, but it was also really nice and quiet, which was perfect for them to talk and what not. After ordering a drink, Doki said, “Well, this is a pretty cool. It’s nice and quiet…” she quickly looked at her menu and said, “Ooh, and they have a nice selection of food for the both of us!”

Nabi smiled and looked at the menu. As he looked for something to eat, he realized that she was right. There was food and drinks on the menu for both cats and rabbits, which was pretty surprising for Doki, but not so much for Nabi. In fact, that was one of the reasons he picked the restaurant.

“Well I’m glad you like it. It’s also pretty quiet…”

As he said this, the waiter came over and asked them what they wanted to eat. As they ordered, Doki checked her pocket to make sure that her present was still there. She quickly took it out and looked at it, smiling. She couldn’t wait to see Nabi’s face when he would see it.

“So, are you excited about senior year coming up?” Nabi asked.

Doki quickly put the heart back in her pocket and said, “Yeah I guess. It’ll be a little depressing when we all go to different colleges, but I’m sure we’ll see each other afterwards.” Nabi smiled and said, “Well, not for us. We’ll be able to see each other every day…” Doki blushed and thought about college. She and Nabi were going to the same college, while the Jjintta and Janice were going somewhere in another part of the country. As for Lilith, they hadn’t gotten the chance to ask her.“Yeah, but with senior year, it’s a pretty far way off…” Doki said.

Nabi smirked as the waiter delivered their food. As they both ate, they talked about a bunch of different stuff. One thing they talked about was how Brandon and Jessica were really quiet this year. Although they were happy that they weren’t bugging them, they were a little concerned. But they quickly got off the subject, ordered some dessert, paid the check, and left. Nabi looked at his watch and said,

“You  know, there’s one more place that I wanna go…”

Doki held his arm and they kept walking. As they went through the city, they noticed the sun setting and noticed some of the final beams reflecting off the glass on the buildings. Nabi thought it looked pretty cool, while Doki wasn’t paying attention.

Eventually, half the sun was under the horizon, and Nabi said, “Well, here we are…” Doki looked around, but they were in the middle of the sidewalk, not inside a movie theater or something that she was expecting. Then she looked to her left and gasped. They were right in front of the vending machines where she and Nabi first met.  Nabi walked towards the machines, pushed the buttons for some fish and carrot juice, and said, “Didn’t know if you knew this, but as of today, it’s been 4 years since we met.”

Nabi handed her a cup, and as she drank it, she thought about all that had happened in 4 years. Not only that, but she couldn’t believe how Nabi and a few others had changed over those 4 years. As she finished, she said, “This is great Nabi. But…I think I know how it could be better…” As she said this, she took something out of her pocket,

And Nabi grew wide eyed…

To be continued…
The second part to my 17th episode for my spin-off of There She Is by SamBakZa. As Doki and Nabi have some dinner at a restaurant, Nabi takes Doki to the vending machines where they first met, and Doki gives Nabi a present that surprises him...

Anyway, Enjoy!!!
