----The Game of Love: Pt. 3----



Sam-Ho watched Janice tune her guitar, and was shocked. He didn’t even know that Janice could even play the guitar or sing! Janice looked up and smiled at him as she started her song. Sam-ho smirked back and blushed a little bit. He looked around him and noticed that people were either looking at him, or looking at Janice. Finally, after a little bit, Janice started strumming and singing…

And Sam-Ho, along with everyone else, was blown away.

As she sang, her voice filled the room, and there wasn’t a single movement in the room. Everyone was frozen in their seat, mesmerized by her playing and singing. Sam-Ho couldn’t think about anything else, he was instilled by her. Not only was her singing beautiful, but Sam-Ho saw something that everyone else didn’t.

“Her smile…her voice…it just feels so warm…” Sam-ho thought.

As Janice kept going, Sam-Ho saw Lilith in the back waving him over to her. Sam-ho quickly and quietly went over and Lilith said, “Did you know about this?” Sam-Ho looked at Janice, who was finishing up, and he said, “No, I didn’t. I guess this was the surprise she wanted to show me…” Sam-ho then went back to his table and sat down just as Janice stuck the last note.    

As the note faded, everyone in the club clapped and cheered for her. Janice looked up and took a long breath. “I actually did it…” she thought. As looked at her table, she could see Sam-Ho, who was standing up and clapping. She smiled at him and blushed as she made her way back stage. Sam-Ho quickly got up and went back stage, where he found her talking with the owner, who was shaking her hand. As Sam-Ho went to greet her, she turned around and she said,

“So, what did you think?”

Sam-Ho didn’t even answer. As he got closer, he let out his arms and hugged her tightly while saying, “That was the best music I’ve heard in a while. It was great, Janice…” Janice was so shocked by the sudden hug that she couldn’t speak for a second. Then, she smiled and hugged him back and said, “I thought you would like it. I really did this for you…” Sam-ho just kept smiling, and then he looked at her.

As the owner left and went back to his “office”, they both looked at each other deeply in the eyes. Then, after a few seconds, Sam-ho slowly lowered his mask and said, “I don’t think I’ve ever told you, but you have the most beautiful eyes…” Janice blushed to the point where she thought her cheeks were on fire. Then, as they got closer,

They shared their first kiss…

Sam-ho felt as though the kiss lasted for hours, but after few minutes, they looked at each other again, smiled, and started to make their way out of the club, with everyone giving Janice congratulations on the song and giving her a thumbs up… And as they walked out arm in arm,

They couldn’t get the song out of their heads…
